Dr. Lee Frost

Dr.  Lee T. Frost graduated from Muhlenberg College, Allentown, PA, with a B.S. in biology in 1980.  He graduated with his Dental degree in 1984 from Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Lee Frost joined his father William Frost DDS in private practice 23 years ago after graduating from Temple University Dental School.  The practice, which is 55 years old, has begun to treat its fourth generation of patients.  We have moved to our brand new state-of-the-art facility.  The office now utilizes the latest technological procedures available in Dentistry.  This includes Laser Cosmetic Dentistry, surgical implants, mini implants, porcelain veneers and crowns, lumineers, Invisalign™, single visit root canal & oral surgery.  Also in place is the most medically advanced equipment to guarantee the highest standards of sterilization procedures.

In addition to working full time in the Rutherford practice, Dr. Frost spends over 70 hours each year taking educational courses, which enables him to care for patients using the most recent advances in dentistry.  Dr. Frost completed a six month residency program in Implant surgery at The Center for Implants and Aesthetics in Englewood, N.J. He can now fulfill all of your implant needs including the new mini implants.  In addition, he is certified in Invisalign™, the new form of orthodontic tooth straightening that is invisible, requiring no metal wires or braces. 

Michael Masella, D.D.S.

Dr. Michael Masella

Working along side Dr. Frost is Dr. Michael Masella. Dr. Masella is a 1999 graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, where he received a B.S. degree in Health Science. Furthering his medical background, upon graduation, Dr. Masella worked in the pharmaceutical industry with Bristol-Myers Squibb. In 2005, Dr. Masella proudly continued his family legacy and graduated from New Jersey Dental School in Newark, NJ. While there, he was inducted into the Gamma Pi Delta Honor Society, and was one of a select few to complete an externship in oral and maxillofacial surgery at St. Joseph's regional Hospital in Paterson, NJ.

In 2006, Dr. Masella completed his dental residency at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ, where he trained in esthetic and prosthetic dentistry as well as pediatric, periodontic and endodontic dentistry. He is an avid athlete, who enjoys football and basketball.

 

Eliaz Kaufman, D.D.S., M.S.

Joining our practice in 2006, Dr. Kaufman is an Oral Surgeon and Periodontist. He received his D.M.D degree from Tel-Aviv University in 1990, as well as both his D.D.S and M.S. degree in 2001 from Columbia University. Dr. Kaufman is currently a Professor of Implant Dentistry at New York University School of Dentistry. Both Dr. Frost and Dr. Kaufman, specialize in treating the most complex dental implant rehabilitative cases.

Michael A. Pallante Jr., D.M.D., M.S.

Joining our team in March 2006, Dr. Pallante received his BA in Biology in 1996 from the University Of Pennsylvania. In 2001, he completed his D.M.D., while attending the New Jersey Dental School. In 2003, Dr. Pallante received his M.S. degree in Endodontology from Temple University. Dr. Pallante is an endodontist who along with Dr. Frost specializes in the most difficult root canal cases.He is the recipient of numerous honors, awards and scholarships, including the distinguished 2001 NJDS Quintessence Award for Research.

Andrew Paek, D.D.S.

Joining our team in 2009, Dr. Paek is the newest addition to the Frost Dental Group. Graduating with a B. A. in Economics in 2002 from the University of Michigan, Dr. Paek completed his D.D.S degree in 2007 at Columbia University. In 2008, he completed a one year residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital-Cornell in oral surgery. He has experience in all facets of general, cosmetic and oral dentistry, including research.

Glen Atlas, M.D.

Dr. Glen Atlas

Joining us in 2008, Board Certified Anesthesiologist, Glen Atlas, M.D., brings Frost Dental Group the ability to offer conscious sedation anesthesia, to patients that may be anxious about their upcoming dental treatment.

Graduating from the Hahnemann University School of Medicine in 1989, Dr. Atlas then completed his anesthesiology residency at the State University of NY Health Science Center-Syracuse, followed by an Acute and Chronic Pain Management Fellowship. He is currently an associate professor in the department of anesthesiology at UMDNJ and an adjunct member of the graduate facility in the department of biomedical engineering at Rutgers University.
