All appointments are scheduled in advance with Dr. Lee Frost by calling the office at (201) 438-8870 during office hours.  Please call our office for additional information.  Our office hours are as follows: 

New patients are always welcome

Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule.  Everyone at our office is at your service.

Telephone Calls

If you have a medical question during regular office hours, please call our office.  Your questions or concerns are always welcome and will be answered by one of the doctors as soon as possible, usually before the end of the business day.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment or need to reschedule, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice.  All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours prior, or the appointment will be rescheduled.

Emergencies

With four dentists on staff, we are always able to give prompt attention to emergencies.  During office hours there is always at least one doctor tending to emergencies needing prompt treatment.  To reach a dentist after regular office hours, please call (201) 438-8870.  Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Just call, and one of the dentists will be contacted immediately and will call you back as soon as possible.  

Due to the unscheduled nature of emergencies, occasional delays in the appointment schedule do occur.  We hope that you understand that these delays are unavoidable, and that in an emergency you would be extended the same consideration.

Prescriptions

Prescription refills should be requested during our office hours only.  As a courtesy to our patients, we will continue to call your prescriptions into your pharmacy.
